Kings Fest 2008
Over the weekend Kings Dominion was the host to Kings Fest a spiritual concert series included performances by Casting Crowns, Toby Mac, and Newsboys. Kings Fest is part of a concert weekend series that is held at the park every year. This is by far one of the most popular concert events the park puts on over the summer.
This year I had a chance to go check out the sound check for Run Kid Run. I did not get a chance to stay for the show but from what I had a chance to listen to it sounded great!Kings Fest ran Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Fridays show was a sold out in advance. A three day ticket just for the event was $44.95. For non-season pass holders they had a great deal. For $74.95 they had access to all three days to the concerts and three days of tickets to Kings Dominion.
